Arc TV comes with Cinemeta built in, so there’s plenty to browse from the first minute. Add-ons connect the services and libraries you’re entitled to use, and Arc TV adds everything around them: the browsing, the choosing and the memory of where you stopped.
Sign in once and your list and progress follow you. Start on the laptop, finish on the TV.
Cinemeta comes preinstalled for catalogues and details. Add more third-party add-ons by URL for the services and libraries you use, and you’re responsible for what you add. Pick which rows appear on Home and put them in the order you like.
When a title has more than one version available, see its quality and size up front with a recommended choice on top. Then just watch.
Suggestions for movies and shows, drawn from what you like. Titles you’ve already liked are left out, and you can remove anything that isn’t for you.
Arc TV is completely free to use: browsing, playing, your list, progress and sync on every screen. Plus is an optional way to support development and cover the servers, and thank you with a few extras.
Everything you need to watch stays free. New yearly subscribers get 5 days free, and you can find Plus in Settings in the app.
Arc TV is a modern media centre for movies and TV shows. It runs on the web, Fire TV, Android TV and Android, all with the same account.
Open the web app and start browsing. Create an account when you press Play or save a title, then install the add-ons you want. After that, explore Movies, TV Shows and Search.
Not to browse. You need one to play, to keep My List and Continue Watching, and to sync between devices.
Arc TV doesn’t provide, host or recommend any content. You can connect add-ons for services and libraries you have the right to use, such as your own collection or subscriptions. You’re responsible for what you add and for following the law and the terms of those services.
Yes. Arc TV is free to use, including browsing, playing, My List, Continue Watching and sync. Arc TV Plus is optional and only there to support development and the servers, with a few extras such as Picked for you, extra profiles and Your stats as a thank you.
Add-ons supply catalogues and sources. Arc TV comes with Cinemeta preinstalled for browsing, and you can install more third-party add-ons by URL. Arc TV supports the Stremio add-on format, so add-ons made for Stremio work in it. Arc TV is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Stremio, and it doesn’t make or endorse any add-on, so you choose what to add and you’re responsible for it.
Yes. Arc TV for Mac needs a Mac with Apple Silicon and macOS 14 or later. It isn’t notarized by Apple yet, so macOS asks you to confirm the first time you open it. Download it from the Mac releases page on GitHub.
Not as an app yet. On iPhone and iPad you can use the web app in your browser, which fits small screens.
Arc TV is powered by the mpv and VLC players, which handle a wide range of formats, audio and subtitle tracks.
Yes. The web app is just another device on your account, so My List, Continue Watching, add-ons and settings are shared.

Arc TV is a client-side interface. It browses metadata and plays media supplied by add-ons you install or sources you provide, and is intended only for content you own or are otherwise authorised to access. Arc TV does not condone piracy or copyright infringement, and you are responsible for what you connect and how you use it. It does not host, store or distribute media.
